The Shining Nepal Multipurpose Company [SNMC] is a not-for-profit distributing company registered with the Office of Company Registrar Kathmandu on 30th June 2020 and the Office is in Pokhara Metropolitan City ward 15, Nayagaun. The Company was established in the initiation of INF Nepal, one of the oldest serving non-government organization which serve the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal since 1952. The main focus of the organization is to generate funds through its businesses which will be supportive of the charitable work of INF Nepal.INF Nepal started INF income generation program (IIGP ) in 2014. later in 2015 INF Nepal changed its name to INF Initiation for financial sustainability on 17th July 2015. As per growing opportunities in the business sector, INF felt to transform IIFS in to profit not distributing company on 30th June 2020.
Currently, SNMC has three major business types:
- Trading (Ark Bazaar )
- Hospitality and Service (Beth-Eden guest house, Canteen, Café, Air tickets )
- Agriculture and livestock (Farm, Pig, buffalo, layers, Broiler)
The company is registered in Pokhara Metropolitan city, Inland Revenue Department, and the office of the company registrar in Kathmandu.
The company has three main motivational factors for the business.
- Faith @ business: All the businesses run by SNMC will be guided by its business faith, vision, and values.
- Business for Charity: The main reason for our business is charity. Profits generated from the business go to the charitable work of INF Nepal.
- Business for sustainability: SNMC has a strong commitment to supporting INF Nepal and its social work in Nepal in a sustainable way. So the sustainability of the INF Nepal and SNMC itself is at the core place and this budget plan is designed in that way.
The company is running its third year. The total annual budget for this year is Rs.175,411,527.
