4th Annual General Meeting
Shining Nepal Multipurpose [Profit not distributing] Company, successfully organized its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Company’s Office Meeting Hall on 5th November 2023. The meeting was chaired by Chairperson Mr. Rajendra Kumar Adhikari, in the presence of the Board of Directors, staff, and members. The AGM has approved the financial report and progress of FY 2079/80 and the annual plan and budget for FY 2080/81.
